We have two types of Japanese pole arms in our assortiment. The Yari was an essential battlefield weapon of the Samurai and took great skill to use and maneuver due to its length and size. The Naginata was the famous weapon of the Sohei or warrior monks in Japan. This weapon is today very important in the present martial arts. |

For the collector or the enthusiast wishing to create a custom sword or customize a sword, Hanwei has created a line of katana tsuba, replicating renowned pieces from museum collections. Each piece is authentically crafted in iron with gold detailing and has an antique finish that makes it difficult to differentiate from the originals. |

Our Japanese arrowheads (yanone) are faithfully reproduced from originals in museum collections. Some yanone were strictly utilitarian while others, like most of these examples, were beautifully pierced and decorated and used primarily for presentations and temple offerings. |
