Warranty

All our products have a warranty on material and manufacturer's defects for 6 months. This warranty only applies when the product is used under normal conditions for which the product is designed. It does not apply to damage related to accident, misuse, improper care, negligence and normal and or excessive wear and tear. If you have any items that need to be returned, please call us at (+32)(0)497/866331 for your return shipping instructions.

We check all items before they leave our warehouse. If a piece isn't perfect, we won't send it to you and we will send it back to the forge. If you want to see the item, before you buy it, you can. You can visit us. Please make an appointment using the contact form.

Warranty during shipping

Customers can choose if they want to insure their shipment. When a shipment is not insured, we are not responsible for damage that might be caused during shipping. Especially for the more expensive items, it is important that you choose insurance or that you visit our store.
